Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4+ years of software development experience.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python, R, and SQL is essential.
Experience with AWS Redshift and other AWS data services is necessary.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques is required.
Familiarity with healthcare data, especially in the assisted living sector, is important.
An understanding of healthcare data standards and regulations, including HIPAA, is needed.
The ability to work with large, complex datasets is crucial.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills are required.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
Experience working in an agile development process is beneficial.
Familiarity with React and JavaScript-based charting libraries is a plus.
