Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a similar analytical field is required.
You should have 4+ years in related technical roles, with at least 1 year in management or team leadership.
Experience in hiring, developing, and managing a technical team is necessary.
You must provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications.
Experience in designing and developing data warehouses (Teradata, Oracle Exadata, Netezza, SQL Server, Spark) is required.
You should have experience building ETL/ELT ingestion pipelines with tools like DataStage, Informatica, and Matillion.
Advanced knowledge of SQL and tuning SQL, including analysis of query plans, is essential.
A working knowledge of data visualization tools is required.
Experience with business intelligence/data analytics is necessary.
Cloud experience on Snowflake or AWS is required, while Azure and GCP are nice to have.
Experience and expertise in Python, along with familiarity with modern data science languages, is a plus.
A proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement is expected.
You will run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
Management skills in people and agile projects are necessary.
Advanced English proficiency is required.
