The role of Lead Data Operations involves supervising a remote team of Data Stewards who source, validate, and update regional healthcare data.
The Lead Data Operations will promote a positive and rewarding team culture that is detail-oriented and strives for excellence in data quality.
Responsibilities include leading a team of 8 to 15 Data Stewards, delivering on team targets, growing and developing the team, and working with the Product Manager to meet project deadlines.
The role also involves designing, documenting, innovating, and optimizing processes to ensure best-in-class delivery of data quality and efficiency, as well as supporting additional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to data stewardship.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 1+ years of leading and managing high-performance teams.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Experience and understanding of the Saudi Arabian market, preferably in the healthcare system, is necessary.
A strong interest in people management is essential.
Candidates should possess a process and result-oriented mindset.
Being highly conscientious, organized, analytical, and having a “can do” attitude is important.
Proficiency in Windows, Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software is required.
Candidates must be highly organized, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
