• Responsibilities include leading a team of 8 to 15 Data Stewards, delivering on team targets, growing and developing the team, and working with the Product Manager to meet project deadlines.
• The role also involves designing, documenting, innovating, and optimizing processes to ensure best-in-class delivery of data quality and efficiency, as well as supporting additional projects and ad-hoc tasks related to data stewardship.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 1+ years of leading and managing high-performance teams.
• Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of additional languages used in Africa (e.g., Swahili, Amharic) is a plus.
• Experience and understanding of Nigeria or Angola markets, preferably in the Health Care System, is necessary.
• A strong interest in people management is essential.
• Candidates should possess a process and result-oriented mindset.
• A highly conscientious attitude, including being organized, analytical, and having a "can do" attitude, is required.
• Proficiency in Windows, Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software is necessary.
• Candidates must be highly organized, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
