The role of Quality Lead at Veeva OpenData involves streamlining quality control processes while leading a remote team of Quality Control Data Stewards.
Responsibilities include designing, innovating, and optimizing processes and workflows to ensure best-in-class delivery of data quality and efficiency.
The Quality Lead will develop and maintain clear and concise documentation, including policies, training materials, and work instructions.
The position requires leading a team of 20+ Quality Control Data Stewards, from onboarding and coaching to performance review.
Collaboration with fellow Quality Leads is essential to ensure alignment on Quality Control processes, monitoring performance, and empowering the team to meet quality and productivity targets.
The role includes running reports on data quality and performance and supporting the Quality Manager in analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Collaboration with other teams and stakeholders like Operations, Engineering, and Product Management is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in implementing and/or developing Quality Control processes.
A process-oriented mindset and systems thinking with a proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements are required.
Strong people management skills are essential, with preferably 3-5 years of experience leading and managing high-performance teams in a service center environment.
Candidates should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive “can do” attitude.
Attention to detail and a focus on quality are critical for this role.
The ability to plan, prioritize tasks, and keep projects on track is necessary.
Strong stakeholder management skills and clear, concise communication are required.
Experience in the analysis of complex datasets and the creation of dashboards is needed.
Proficiency in Google Apps, MS Office, and other office software is required.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
