Requirements:

• Proven experience as a backend engineer, with a track record of building and scaling complex systems is required.
• Expertise in Kotlin or similar JVM languages like Java or Scala for backend development is necessary.
• A strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment pipelines, with experience in Kubernetes and AWS, is preferred.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and managing large-scale data pipelines is essential.
• Experience working with AI-powered systems and integrating ML models into production is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of system performance optimization, distributed architecture, and database management is required.
• Leadership experience, with a track record of mentoring and guiding engineering teams, is necessary.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, logging, and debugging tools such as Datadog and OpenTracing is expected.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across engineering and product teams are essential.
