Description:

  • Join our forward-thinking team to lead the deployment of innovative cloud solutions and secure products for our enterprise clients.
  • As a DevOps Tech Lead, you'll champion the creation of robust, scalable cloud infrastructures using the latest technologies.
  • Spearhead DevOps projects, leveraging VMs, containers, and cloud-native technologies to optimize performance and security.
  • Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing automation, monitoring, and proactive analysis to enhance deployment quality and speed.
  • Advocate for and implement system hardening and configuration management best practices.
  • Lead secure automation solutions across all environments, prioritizing security and efficiency.
  • Continually assess and improve systems to uphold industry standards and maximize deployment effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the DevOps team and other departments, facilitating clear and timely communication across teams.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging the sharing of ideas and feedback among team members from diverse technical backgrounds.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the entire lifecycle of software development projects, ensuring effective collaboration between developers, QA engineers, and system administrators.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for system architectures, deployment processes, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure documentation is accessible and understandable, allowing for smoother onboarding of new team members and providing a reliable reference for existing team members.
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years crafting CI/CD pipelines with a proven track record of success.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of DevOps engineers.
  • Proficient in AWS, Azure, GCP, understanding their unique advantages.
  • Skilled in Configuration Management (Puppet, Ansible, Chef) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation).
  • Expert in container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS) and scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  • Experienced in managing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL) and using SCM systems (Git, GitLab, GitHub, Bitbucket).
  • Innovative thinker dedicated to excellence and automation.
  • Committed to security, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and research.
  • Independent, data-driven, with a knack for end-to-end solution conceptualization.
  • Eager to learn, with strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on nurturing team growth and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
