Description:
- Real, a fast-growing national real estate brokerage, is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their R&D team.
- The successful candidate will manage Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and performance monitoring tools like Datadog.
- Responsibilities include working with the consultant DevOps team, shaping the future direction of the DevOps team, and leading the technical vision and strategy.
- The role involves educating team members on DevOps methodology, design, and best practices.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps engineer.
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, AWS Cloud, Terraform for infrastructure as code, and performance monitoring tools like Datadog.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment and in an agile, fast-paced startup setting.
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
