The Lead Data Scientist/Machine Learning Engineer will spearhead complex problem-solving and bring AI-powered features to life in large-scale software products.
Responsibilities include leading a cross-functional team to build scalable language services in NLP, NLU, and NLG for live SaaS products, building models that solve real-world problems, developing and grooming an experiment and product feature backlog, optimizing models for production throughput and uptime requirements, and automating deployments, testing, and monitoring (MLOps).

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience developing data and analytics products such as sentiment analyzers, translation engines, summarizers, or other language services.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience leading teams to produce data and analytics software products is required.
Expertise in Machine Learning, Modeling, and development with Python is essential.
Knowledge of relevant regulations in AI/ML and the ability to incorporate compliance into MLOps processes is necessary.
Strong communication skills are required for this position.
