Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience or education in computer science, AI, or systems, preferably all of the above.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field is required.
• Full-stack application development experience is preferred, particularly in React, Next.js, and Node.
• Experience in applied machine learning in traditional NLP or modern LLM settings, or applied ML for media (image, video, audio) is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with open-source tools, datasets, and infrastructure for fine-tuning and serving LLMs, or for image/video generation is desired.
• Candidates should have polished, completed past projects that demonstrate attention to detail in engineering.
• The team operates mostly on Pacific time, and candidates should be comfortable working in a distributed team environment.
