Description:

  • HighLevel is looking for a Lead Engineer to join their ConversationAI team in India.
  • HighLevel is a cloud-based marketing and sales platform that aims to enhance digital presence and drive growth for marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses.
  • The company has over 1000 employees across 15 countries, working remotely and at their headquarters in Dallas, Texas.
  • The Lead Engineer will work on CRM applications and features, focusing on Node.js and Vue.js technologies.
  • Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining CRM applications, optimizing user interfaces, developing server-side logic and APIs, implementing data storage solutions, and integrating messaging systems for real-time data processing.
  • The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, ensuring data security, troubleshooting technical issues, and staying updated on emerging technologies.
  • The Lead Engineer will also provide technical support and mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
  • Proficiency in ElasticSearch, Data Indexing, Database Sharding, and Auto Scaling techniques.
  • Experience with Message Queues, Pub-sub patterns, and Event-Based architecture.
  • Familiarity with messaging systems like Active MQ, Rabbit MQ, and Kafka.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field.
  • Expertise with MongoDB and code versioning tools like Git.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in managing a team is a plus.
