Description:
- HighLevel is seeking a Lead Engineer to work on developing scalable backend services for memberships & courses.
- The role involves designing, developing, and managing APIs and services, as well as customizing components and web applications using Vue.js.
- The Lead Engineer will collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and QA testers to write clean, tested, and scalable code for thousands of users.
- Responsibilities include troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining core product software and databases for optimization and functionality.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in Full stack engineering with Node.js and modern Javascript frameworks like Vue.js (preferred), React.js, Angular.
- Proficiency in building scalable applications and understanding software flow.
- Experience with relational/non-relational databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Firestore for backend services.
- Ability to design and build web services and integrations with third parties through APIs.
- Proficient in code versioning tools like Git/SVN.
- Experience with GCP technologies, Stripe integrations, and building media streaming applications.
