• The Lead Engineer will work on CRM applications and features, focusing on Node.js and Vue.js technologies.
• Responsibilities include collaborating with teams, optimizing user interfaces, developing server-side logic, and ensuring data storage and retrieval solutions are robust.
• The role involves integrating messaging systems, handling real-time data migration, and optimizing applications for speed and scalability.
• The Lead Engineer will troubleshoot technical issues, stay updated on emerging technologies, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Node.js and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
• Proficiency in ElasticSearch, Data Indexing, Database Sharding, and Auto Scaling techniques.
• Familiarity with Message Queues, Pub-sub patterns, and Event-Based architecture.
• Expertise in Real-time Data Migration and Real-time Event Processing.
• Knowledge of messaging systems like Active MQ, Rabbit MQ, and Kafka.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with MongoDB and code versioning tools like Git.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
