Description:

The Expansion Products team focuses on driving volumetric and usage-based upgrades and upsells within the platform to maximize revenue potential.
The team is responsible for building innovative products and features that solve real-world problems for agencies.
The role of Senior Frontend Engineer involves focusing on UI performance optimization, design system consistency, and frontend infrastructure improvements.
Responsibilities include optimizing frontend performance, standardizing UI components, refactoring existing code, leading and mentoring frontend engineers, and collaborating with designers and product teams.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of frontend development experience and at least 1 year in a lead role or similar position.
Expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, preferably Vue.js, but also React.js or Angular is acceptable.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and modern frontend build tools such as Webpack and Vite is required.
A deep understanding of browser rendering, performance profiling, lazy loading, caching strategies, and optimization techniques is essential.
Experience optimizing high-traffic, large-scale applications for performance and scalability is necessary.
Familiarity with component-based design systems like Storybook and Figma is required.
Candidates should have experience with state management solutions such as Vuex, Redux, or Pinia.
Experience with monitoring and debugging tools like Lighthouse, Sentry, and Web Vitals is important.
Comfort with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, backend integrations, and Cloud Platforms is expected.
Strong problem-solving skills, an ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a cross-functional team are essential.
