The position is for a Local Team Lead – CX & Sales Engineering, responsible for overseeing a team of engineers who design and implement customer solutions on a platform that helps businesses build scalable content creation workflows powered by AI, APIs, and automation.
The role involves building and leading a team, recruiting, managing, and mentoring engineers focused on customer solution builds while fostering a high-performance culture.
The Local Team Lead will develop scalable customer solutions that integrate API calls, Python, JavaScript, large language models, and structured data to create content workflows.
Direct engagement with customers is required to understand their needs, scope technical solutions, and guide implementation, representing the client's brand on customer calls.
The role includes establishing best practices, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and repeatable frameworks to improve solution development and project execution.
The Local Team Lead will work closely with CX, product, and engineering teams to translate customer challenges into scalable solutions and help define best practices for customer builds.
Project management responsibilities include creating structured workflows and project management systems to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer implementations.
The role requires ensuring the technical quality of integrations and workflows built by the team and supporting engineers in problem-solving and solution optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing and scaling technical teams, particularly in customer-facing solution engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting is required.
Strong knowledge of API integrations, Python, JavaScript, and LLM-driven workflows is essential, with experience in content automation or AI-powered solutions being a plus.
A passion for developing structured, repeatable processes and improving operational efficiency is necessary.
The candidate must be comfortable presenting technical solutions to customers and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with remote teams and interfacing between CX, engineering, and product functions is required.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and turn them into scalable, well-defined workflows are essential.
