The organization has integrated with more than 50 point-of-sale systems and over 100 ordering platforms, including UberEats, DoorDash, and Grubhub.
The position is for a Lead Engineer specializing in Ruby on Rails and React.js, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in Ruby on Rails technology and proficiency in React.js.
The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications that align with business goals.
This role is 100% remote, allowing work from any location within India.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is required.
Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
Proficiency in React.js is required, with at least 1 year of experience in building web applications using this technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is necessary.
Proficiency in version control systems, such as Git, and project management tools is required.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities are necessary.
Flexibility to work during US hours (India Night Shift hours) at least until 6 pm ET is essential for this role.
Candidates must have their own system/work setup for remote work.
