You will design and implement front-end features and optimizations using React and Next.js.
Ensuring smooth performance, responsiveness, and a top-tier user experience is a key responsibility.
You will proactively consider SEO impact in all front-end changes and site architecture decisions.
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to implement SEO-friendly features and improvements is essential.
You will design systems that can handle large-scale traffic while maintaining excellent load times and user experiences.
Partnering with growth and marketing teams to develop landing pages, run A/B tests, and implement features that drive user acquisition and retention is required.
You will work closely with the Lead Product Designer in Figma to ensure accurate implementation of UI/UX designs.
Contributing to the content engine to align with both technical and growth objectives is part of the role.
Staying updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, particularly in leveraging AI, is expected.
You will suggest and champion improvements to the tech stack, architecture, and processes.

Requirements:

You must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, primarily focused on front-end technologies such as React, Redux, Hooks, and Next.js.
A proven track record of problem-solving and delivering scalable, high-performance front-end solutions is required.
Knowledge in SEO for large-scale B2C platforms, including a deep understanding of how front-end decisions affect search rankings and performance, is essential.
Experience with testing methodologies and a commitment to maintaining high code quality is necessary.
Exceptional English communication skills are required, with the ability to convey technical decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You should have the ability to proactively contribute to team discussions and problem-solving, ensuring active participation in meetings and collaborative efforts.
A product mindset is important, understanding the importance of aligning technical decisions with business goals and user needs.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is preferred, as you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous setting where time is critical and every decision matters.
