The Lead Front End Software Developer will develop high-quality software design and architecture.
Responsibilities include identifying, prioritizing, and executing tasks in the software development life cycle.
The role involves developing tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code and automating tasks through appropriate tools and scripting.
The developer will review and debug code, perform validation and verification testing, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to fix and improve products.
Documentation of development phases and monitoring systems is also required.
The developer must ensure that software is up-to-date with the latest technologies.
This is a fully remote position, but candidates must reside within the United States and be available during standard continental US business hours.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with React, Typescript, and Node.
A strong love of Javascript with a solid understanding of its design patterns, best practices, and style guides is essential.
Experience leading a project or team is required.
A test-first and test-often development approach using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, Mocha, or Protractor is necessary.
Candidates should be able to leverage Git version control in a production environment.
Experience with and curiosity about agile and lean philosophies is important.
A strong understanding of object-oriented programming and browser technologies is required.
The ability to communicate ideas effectively to clients and the team is essential.

The compensation for this role ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 a year, commensurate with experience and skills.
