The Lead Frontend Developer will have deep expertise in React and headless CMS architectures, specifically WordPress and Drupal.
This role involves leading the development of scalable frontend applications, optimizing performance, and integrating CMS platforms in decoupled environments.
The ideal candidate will act as a technical leader, guiding a development team and collaborating across departments to deliver seamless digital experiences.
Responsibilities include leading the development of React-based applications, providing technical guidance, integrating CMS functionality, overseeing custom module implementation, planning technical solutions, ensuring compatibility between frameworks and CMS, collaborating with various teams, articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and optimizing frontend performance.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in React and its ecosystem, including Hooks and Next.js.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and modern frontend build tools such as Webpack and Vite is required.
Hands-on experience with WordPress and Drupal, particularly in headless or decoupled configurations, is essential.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and CMS API endpoints is necessary.
Proven experience as a technical lead or senior frontend developer in complex web projects is required.
Prior experience with headless CMS architectures is a must.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills are required.
The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines is necessary.
