Description:
- Our client is a leader in empowering aesthetic industry professionals to become successful entrepreneurs through a sophisticated SaaS platform.
- The platform simplifies the operational complexities of running MedSpas, catering to the independent ownership model prevalent in the U.S. MedSpa industry.
- They are seeking a Lead Frontend Engineer with extensive experience in React, Typescript, GraphQL, and Next.js.
- This position is fully remote, with working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.
- Key responsibilities include designing and implementing a robust frontend, leading and mentoring frontend engineers, contributing to frontend architecture strategy, and collaborating with product and engineering teams to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing performant and scalable frontends.
- A solid understanding of React, Typescript, GraphQL, and Next.js is essential.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end system ownership, including deployments, incident response, and system reliability and performance monitoring is required.
- Strong analytical skills with a methodical approach to understanding business contexts, requirements, and system architectures before coding are necessary.
- Exceptional English fluency and the ability to lead teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and fostering a collaborative work environment are crucial.
- Bonus qualifications include experience with Django + Python, Hasura, Vercel, and AWS.
