Description:

As a Lead Frontend Engineer, you will be responsible for the frontend architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance.

Requirements:

You must have 8+ years of hands-on experience in building large-scale web applications.
Proven expertise in architecting and managing complex frontend codebases is required.
Strong opinions on UI/UX best practices, with an eye for detail and usability, are essential.
Prior experience in building and managing a design system is necessary.
A deep understanding of JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks (React preferred), and state management patterns is required.
Experience in frontend performance optimization, testing strategies, and accessibility standards is expected.
A pragmatic approach to technology is important; you should pick the right tool for the job, not just the trendiest one.
Bonus points for experience with the current tech stack, which includes Node.js, React, Apollo GraphQL, Postgres, and AWS.
