Description:
- The Lead Full Stack Developer at Robots & Pencils will collaborate with developers, designers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver solutions and products across various industries.
- Responsibilities include crafting APIs for mobile apps, web apps, and other platforms, ensuring top-quality software through continuous improvement and peer review, supporting business development in project budgeting and scheduling, and sharing knowledge with team members through mentorship and other channels.

Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience building apps with Node.js and KOA on AWS with K8.
- Experience in data science/AI web development is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in at least one established programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Go, Elixir, Python, Java, C#, C).
- Strong understanding of design patterns, technologies (SQL, TypeScript, MV[Whatever], REST, GraphQL, etc.), web technology stack, and software security practices.
- Experience with APIs, third-party integrations, testing, quality assurance, and behavior-driven development.
- Knowledge of CS concepts, ability to learn new technologies, and collaborate with team members across different time zones.
- Excellent communication skills, GitHub profile, DevOps experience, familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, continuous integration, multi-tenant architectures, SQL, RDBMS design, and exposure to no-SQL.
- Desired experience in building time machines.
