Front is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join the Activation team, focusing on trial experience and new customer onboarding flows.
The role involves converting companies from passive explorers to paid customers by enhancing the trial experience.
Responsibilities include building features that help converted customers maximize their use of Front, thereby increasing long-term customer value.
The engineer will design experiments to test hypotheses aimed at improving trial conversion rates and driving new business revenue.
The position requires leading a team of high-performing engineers, providing technical guidance, and making key technical decisions.
Collaboration with product managers, product designers, and other engineers is essential to conceptualize, build, and test new features.

Requirements:

Candidates must have industry experience in building fast, reliable, real-time web-based applications.
A strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including Node.js ES6, TypeScript, and React, is required.
Exposure to architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications is necessary.
A product-minded approach is essential, with a commitment to creating the best user experience.
