Remote Lead Full-stack (Next.js/Nest.js) Developer

Description:

• Lead Full-stack Developer position at WinTech focusing on building a new D2C product in the LegalTech/InfoTech category.
• Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of full-stack developers, providing technical guidance, and code reviews.
• Drive technical decision-making, architectural choices, and collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development processes while managing technical debt and scalability issues.
• Design, implement, and manage RESTful APIs, server-side components, and database schemas.
• Develop UI applications using Next.js for the front end, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in Architecture Definition meetings, Kanban ceremonies, and project architecture reviews.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of full-stack development experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong architectural skills, proficiency in agile methodologies, and project management tools.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior and mid-level developers, optimize performance, and scalability.
• Knowledge of security best practices, DevOps tools, problem-solving skills, and critical decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Web UI technologies, React, Typescript, REST API design, Git version control, and English language.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote cross-functional teamwork.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
