Description:

The Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer will drive technical direction, architecture, and execution of strategic initiatives while leading a high-performing engineering team.
Responsibilities include acting as a technical leader, managing execution and delivery, ensuring engineering excellence, collaborating cross-functionally, mentoring team members, contributing to hands-on development, and participating in production support.
The role requires maintaining system quality attributes and adhering to security protocols when handling customer data.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
A minimum of 4 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience with Angular or React.
Demonstrated success in fintech product development and a deep understanding of the fintech domain is essential.
Proven technical leadership skills in building scalable and secure systems are required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving data-informed decisions are necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are needed for guiding cross-functional teams.
Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern DevOps practices is required.
Hands-on experience with designing financial transactions and payment processing systems is essential.
Solid knowledge of security protocols and compliance requirements in the banking sector is necessary.
A B.Sc. or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
