The company offers products like Farsight, a 3D processing and mission planning tool, and Identifi, which enables secure identity verification.
The team is expanding to meet growing demands in defense, security, and safety missions.
The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer will collaborate with all teams to define and execute the technical roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and future products that integrate Command and Control with Artificial Intelligence.
Responsibilities include leading system design and architecture, backend development, data integration, full stack collaboration, and DevOps deployment.
The role requires building and scaling RESTful APIs, designing robust data models, and developing data processing pipelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack development, preferably with Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Go.
A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role is required, with experience mentoring junior engineers and taking team ownership.
Strong knowledge of database architecture, particularly PostgreSQL, and experience in developing design schemas and managing relational models is essential.
Familiarity with authentication and authorization best practices is necessary.
Candidates should have prior experience with DoD systems or military logistics/training software.
Experience with project mapping tools and knowledge of military doctrine or working with military SMEs is preferred.
Comfort in fast-moving, early-stage environments is required.
