Description:
Siena is building enterprise empathic AI Agents powered by reasoning-adept LLMs, designed to integrate with existing systems and interact with customers across multiple channels from a single, unified platform.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own projects end-to-end, developing and optimizing features within the AI-powered customer support automation platform.
You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, shaping the roadmap while building reliable, high-performance systems.
The role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable features across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
You will work on an AI-first product, integrating cutting-edge LLM capabilities into enterprise customer support workflows.
The position requires solving complex engineering challenges, optimizing API performance, and refining microservices architecture.
You will maintain and improve the cloud infrastructure (AWS) with a DevOps mindset and share knowledge while mentoring teammates.
Requirements:
You must have 7+ years of software engineering experience in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express.
Solid experience with cloud environments, specifically AWS (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS), is required.
Strong database skills with PostgreSQL and Redis are necessary.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, such as CodePipeline or GitHub Actions, is essential.
A product-focused mindset is important; you should think beyond just code and care about business impact.
Deep experience in microservices architectures and scalable systems is required.
