Description:
Outliant, a US-based digital product development and startup consulting company, is seeking a full-time remote Lead Full-Stack Engineer.
The role involves collaborating with a team of developers to create and implement software applications and components.
Responsibilities include technical leadership, code reviewing, testing, debugging, developing web applications using React, Node, and Typescript, designing efficient database structures, writing clean code, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with different departments.
The position requires staying updated with software development trends, contributing to process improvement, and translating business requirements into technical requirements.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in React.js, Node.js, Typescript, and their core principles, expertise in React Hooks and UI Frameworks, familiarity with AWS services, experience with RESTful APIs, and knowledge of front-end development tools.
Other requirements include understanding data structures and algorithms, full-time availability, and a stable internet connection.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in React.js, Node.js, Typescript, and their core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows like Flux or Redux.
Expertise in React Hooks and UI Frameworks such as BootStrap, ANT Design, Tailwind.
Experience in AWS services is a plus.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
Proficiency in common front-end development tools like Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
Strong skills in benchmarking and optimization.
Knowledge in data structures and algorithms.
Full-time availability (40 hours/week).
