Description:

The Lead FullStack Engineer will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and delivery of software solutions.
This role requires the ability to articulate implementation at all levels.
The engineer will ensure the quality of one or more application codebases and alignment with development standards.
The position involves applying technical capabilities within the discipline to coach and develop junior employees.
The engineer will design highly complex applications, interfaces, and integration with a modest number of systems.
Responsibilities include performance engineering of the enterprise software architecture and providing functional guidance, advice, and/or training to other application developers.
The role includes modest advanced code development, code review, and day-to-day support duties.
The engineer will also be responsible for researching and evaluating tools to support domain-specific needs.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is required.
Strong proficiency with Javascript, React, Node.js, Ruby, Python, or similar languages is essential.
A solid understanding of asynchronous programming is necessary.
Candidates should have good hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud services.
The ability to create database schemas that represent and support business needs is required.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Dynamo, PostgreSQL, or MSSQL is important.
An understanding of fundamental design principles behind scalable applications is needed.
A good understanding of code versioning tools such as git is required.
Experience with container technology such as Docker and container orchestration tools is necessary.
Candidates should be able to automate CI/CD workflows for each of the projects that have been onboarded.
Knowledge of API specifications like GraphQL is required.
Familiarity with agile methodologies is essential.
