As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you will architect, build, and evolve the AI-powered Anti-Money-Laundering platform.
You will guide a team of developers, establish coding best practices, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across the full tech stack (Java and React).
This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and a passion for delivering innovative, mission-critical software.
Key responsibilities include driving the architecture and end-to-end delivery of product features, mentoring junior developers, building scalable components, and partnering with various teams to align business priorities with technical implementation.
You will champion agile workflows, create reusable libraries, and own testing strategies to ensure quality and maintainability.

Requirements:

A BSc or MSc in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred.
You must have 6+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record in both backend (Java) and frontend (React) development.
Proven experience leading development initiatives or teams in a fast-paced SaaS or FinTech environment is required.
Solid experience with PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and familiarity with distributed systems or big data stacks (Kafka, Spark, Hadoop) is necessary.
A deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable cloud-based applications is essential.
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
Familiarity with observability tools and application performance monitoring is a plus.
You should be an excellent communicator, strategic thinker, and problem solver with a collaborative mindset.
