The position is fully remote, preferably in the CET timezone.
The Gaming team consists of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts, with a focus on creating, developing, and launching new hit games.
The new Casual Studio aims to elevate existing hit games and is composed of industry veterans.
The role involves contributing to the evolution of core gameplay loops, analyzing in-game data, creating and maintaining in-game economy models, and delivering designs for A/B tests.
Collaboration with other Game Designers, Developers, Artists, and Analysts is essential to align feature strategies with game design goals.
Regular presentations of findings and recommendations to stakeholders are required, along with staying updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Game Designer, ideally on Midcore or Casual games.
A proven track record of working with games that achieve long-term player engagement and retention.
Demonstrated experience in defining and maintaining Live Ops strategies to drive sustained engagement and monetization.
Experience in working on F2P mobile games, specifically in creating economies, monetization loops, and maintaining balance.
Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve design excellence and deliver engaging player experiences.
Clear communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential.
An entrepreneurial mindset is required for this position.
