Description:
The Lead Game Producer will be responsible for all production and management-related tasks.
This role involves leading the development and release of live-service game updates.
The producer will ensure that all developer needs are met throughout the production process.
Responsibilities include onboarding freelancers, contractors, and employees.
The position requires procuring talent for all roles within the team.
The Lead Game Producer will conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in their discipline.
They will serve as the final decision-maker in their area of expertise.
Requirements:
Expertise with project management tools such as Monday and Notion is required.
The candidate should possess strong verbal and primarily written communication skills.
The ability to set realistic deadlines and expectations is essential.
The producer must know when to push back deadlines to maintain quality standards.
A balance between efficiency and developer well-being is crucial.
General technical knowledge of all development-related disciplines is necessary.
A good eye for quality across all art-related disciplines, including VFX, 3D Modeling, SFX, and UI/UX, is important.
The ability to receive and filter out community feedback is also required.
