Description:

Aspire Software is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and ambitious Lead Generation Business Development Representative (BDR) for its AI Suite.
The BDR will spearhead outbound sales initiatives across integrated hospitality companies, engaging with existing clients of Ampliphi RMS, Sadie Concierge, and upcoming AI solutions.
Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, passing them to the respective Aspire subsidiary sales teams, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The role requires meeting and exceeding targets related to lead generation, qualification rates, and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contribution.
The successful candidate will work remotely from anywhere in the EST or CST time zones in Canada.
The company, Aspire Software, is part of Valsoft and focuses on AI-driven solutions in the hospitality industry, having acquired over 120 businesses across 25 industries.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the hospitality technology or software sector.
Proficiency in cold calling, cold prospecting, contact sourcing, outbound sales, delivering product demos, and handling sales objections is essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement platforms is required.
A highly motivated, ambitious, and hunter sales mentality is necessary, along with the ability to work independently in a remote work model.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
