Description:

Aspire Software is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Lead Generation Business Development Representative (BDR) for its AI Suite, which includes products like Ampliphi RMS and Sadie Concierge.
The BDR will spearhead outbound sales initiatives across integrated hospitality companies, engaging with existing clients and identifying and qualifying leads.
The role involves passing qualified leads to the respective Aspire subsidiary sales teams, with compensation tied to the Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) generated from Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
The successful candidate will work remotely from anywhere in the EST or CST time zones in the US.
Daily responsibilities include outbound prospecting, lead qualification, CRM management, meeting performance metrics, collaboration with marketing and sales teams, and monitoring market insights and trends.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the hospitality technology or software sector.
Proficiency in cold calling, cold prospecting, contact sourcing, outbound sales, delivering product demos, and handling sales objections is essential.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and sales engagement platforms is required.
A highly motivated and ambitious hunter sales mentality is necessary, along with the ability to work independently in a remote work model.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US.
