Description:

  • The role is for a Lead Generation Specialist/Outbound Operator, working full-time for 40 hours per week with a schedule from 9 am to 12 pm EST.
  • The position is an independent contractor role within a company that hosts premier B2B e-commerce conferences for the direct-to-consumer (DTC) industry.
  • The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for expanding the company's reach and driving business growth through strategic outbound campaigns and engagement with key decision-makers.
  • Key responsibilities include using AI tools and web scraping extensions to build lead databases, executing high-volume email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns, managing cold email campaigns, ensuring accurate data management, and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in web scraping and managing lead databases for outbound sales or lead generation.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Hands-on experience with web scraping tools, CRM systems (such as HubSpot and Apollo.io), and email automation platforms is essential.
  • Experience in executing high-volume cold outreach campaigns with measurable success is necessary.
  • Strong communication skills are required to craft compelling outreach messages that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, the ability to manage large datasets, and exceptional multitasking skills.
  • A results-driven mindset is essential, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to problem-solve and deliver consistent results.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience working with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in B2B industries, as well as a background in DTC, SaaS, or e-commerce lead generation.
