Description:

• The Ticketing Co. is seeking a Lead Google Cloud Infrastructure Engineer proficient in English and French to design and maintain resilient systems for their ticketing platform.
• The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in scalable infrastructure solutions, with expertise in Google Cloud Platform or other cloud environments like AWS.
• Responsibilities include overseeing the entire company infrastructure, optimizing performance, ensuring data integrity, and implementing robust security measures.
• The role involves maintaining website uptime, server infrastructure, networking, and database management.
• The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will focus on infrastructure reliability, efficiency, and proactive monitoring for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Excellent English & French communication skills are required.
• 5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing complex, scalable infrastructure solutions, including cloud environments.
• Expertise in server infrastructure, preferably in Google Cloud Platform, with knowledge of AWS also acceptable.
• Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL for optimizing and understanding database intricacies.
• Fluency in Node.js, particularly in TypeScript.
• Strong focus on code quality for maintainability, scalability, and readability.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Pulumi.
• Bonus Skills: Knowledge of React and React Native is a plus.
