Description:
The Ticketing Co. is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to architect and maintain resilient systems for their ticketing platform.
The company prioritizes user feedback and leverages industry expertise to stay competitive in the ticketing software market.
The role involves overseeing the entire company infrastructure, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity.
Responsibilities include maintaining website uptime, implementing security measures, and improving infrastructure reliability.
The Lead Infrastructure Engineer will work with Node.js, PostgreSQL, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Pulumi.
The position offers the opportunity to shape the company's digital landscape and lead a team as the company grows.
Requirements:
Excellent English & French communication skills are required.
5-10 years of experience in designing and implementing scalable infrastructure solutions, preferably in cloud environments.
Expertise in server infrastructure, with knowledge of Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms like AWS.
Deep understanding of security best practices and implementation.
Proficiency in PostgreSQL for optimization and understanding of underlying layers.
Fluency in Node.js, particularly in TypeScript.
Strong focus on code quality for maintainability, scalability, and readability.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably with Pulumi.
Bonus skills include knowledge of React and React Native.
