Remote Lead Instructor: Cloud Support Specialist

Description:

• Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy, partnering with enterprises and governments to close critical data, digital, and technology skills gaps.
• The Lead Instructor for Cloud Support Specialist will play a key role in training Fellows in Correlation One’s programs and will work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes.
• The main focus of the Lead Instructor is to conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 20 to 2,000 Fellows, depending on the program.
• Responsibilities include leading instruction in a virtual classroom, preparing for live sessions, providing curricular input and feedback, and offering additional expertise from the Cloud Support community.
• Instructors may also support curriculum development if interested, for additional compensation.
• The required dates for lectures are from February 25 to July 24, 2025, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm EST.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6-8 years of professional work experience in Cloud Support, Cloud Engineering, Software Engineering, DevOps, or related fields.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Network Administration, or Cybersecurity, or equivalent professional experience is required.
• Candidates must hold certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Linux+, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
• Being an Amazon Authorized Instructor (AAI) is mandatory.
• Teaching experience with adult learners is essential.
• A desire to support students in expanding their careers and transitioning into technical roles is required.
• Fluency in English with professional verbal and writing skills is necessary.
• The position is remote, with a preference for candidates willing to provide instruction in the Eastern time zone.
