Description:

Lead Instructors (LIs) play a key role in driving elements of Correlation One’s multiple training programs.
They will facilitate Fellows' learning in Correlation One’s training programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes.
LIs will focus on larger format lectures, delivering content and training programs to anywhere from 20 to 2,000 Fellows, live, depending on the program.
The Data Analytics program will run from January 20, 2025, to July 10, 2025, with live lecture sessions taking place Mondays and Thursdays from 12:00pm - 2:00pm ET / 18:00 - 20:00 CET.
Responsibilities include leading the instruction of a “virtual classroom,” collaborating with Correlation One Operations personnel, preparing for upcoming lectures, and tracking edits or suggestions to content for a better learner experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must be excellent educators with a passion for teaching and helping others.
A degree in a Data Analytics related field and/or industry experience in a Data Analysis related role is required.
Outstanding team and people management skills are essential.
Familiarity with remote work environments and platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Codio, and Airtable is necessary.
Expertise in topics including Excel, Data Visualization, Dashboards, SQL, and Python is required.
Candidates should have a demonstrated record in education and training, preferably with successful tenures at other educational institutions or training programs.

Compensation for this position is location-specific and considers various factors such as experience, education, skill sets, and program budget.
