Remote Lead Instructor: Data Analytics

Description:

• Lead Instructors (LIs) play a key role in driving elements of Correlation One’s multiple training programs.
• They will facilitate Fellows' learning in Correlation One’s training programs and work with company operations personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes.
• LIs will focus on larger format lectures, delivering content and training programs to anywhere from 20 to 2,000 Fellows, live, depending on the program.
• The Data Analytics program will run from March 3rd, 2025, to September 3rd, 2025, with live lecture sessions taking place on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6pm - 8pm CET, 12pm - 2pm ET.
• Responsibilities include leading a “virtual classroom,” collaborating with operations personnel, preparing for lectures, and tracking content edits to enhance the learner experience.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be excellent educators with a passion for teaching and helping others.
• A degree in a Data Analytics related field and/or industry experience in a Data Analysis related role is required.
• Outstanding team and people management skills are essential.
• Familiarity with remote work environments and platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Codio, and Airtable is necessary.
• Expertise in Excel, Data Visualization, Dashboards, SQL, and Python is required.
• Candidates should have a demonstrated record in education and training, preferably with successful tenures in other educational institutions or training programs.
