Remote Lead Instructor: Data Analytics

Description:

• Lead instruction for a cohort of 20-200 employees at leading firms in a live online classroom for the duration of the program, which lasts 16-17 weeks.
• The instructor will be responsible for leading live lectures and providing learner support through live office hours and asynchronous messaging, such as email or Slack.
• The role is part-time, remote, and paid, with an approximate weekly commitment of ~4 hours.
• Live lectures and office hours will take place on weekdays from Monday to Friday, between 9am and 8pm ET.
• The company is currently adding to its bench of talent for programs running in 2024, with immediate needs for programs from July to October.
• Learners will complete asynchronous learning modules outside of live classes and will have a Capstone project as their final deliverable.
• Learners will have varying backgrounds and experience with data and technology.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, data scientist, or in a related role.
• Experience in conveying data-related topics to cross-functional stakeholders is required.
• Candidates should have experience with data storytelling and data visualization.
• Experience teaching in a virtual environment is necessary.
• A technical and application background as a data practitioner is essential.
• The ability to simplify and explain data concepts and relate them to business objectives is required.
• Exceptional leadership skills and high organizational abilities are necessary.
• Professionalism is a must.
