Description:
Lead Instructors at Correlation One are responsible for delivering high-quality, live, virtual instruction and partnering with company personnel to drive exceptional learning outcomes.
They conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content, training anywhere from 100 to 8,000+ diverse Fellows at a time, depending on the program.
The role involves preparing and leading virtual classroom sessions, collaborating with operations personnel, and contributing to the overall success of the program.
The program runs from February 11 to May 29, 2025, including two break weeks, with lectures scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00-2:30 ET.
Instructors will oversee class time Q&A, monitor chat flow, and manage overall class energy and engagement dynamics.
They will collaborate closely with Correlation One operations personnel to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules.
Flexibility is required to contribute to classes during weekdays and/or weekends, as program schedules may vary.
Instructors will assist in lesson design, development, and improvement, including tracking edits, suggestions, or changes to the curriculum as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must be excellent educators with stellar communication skills.
Experience working in physical data centers or similar environments is required.
Experience in mentoring or supervising is necessary if there is no prior teaching experience.
A desire to support students in upskilling their careers into data roles is essential.
Candidates should possess empathy, flexibility, patience, and a passion for working with diverse learners who are new to the content.
A+ or Network+ certification is considered an asset.
The role is remote and can be located anywhere compatible with the EST time zone.

The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account various factors, including location, experience, education, and skill sets.
A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range is $200-$300 per lecture, which includes the 2.5-hour lecture, prep time, and a weekly meeting with Correlation One staff.
