• Fullscript is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their Data team in a remote capacity in Canada.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and LLM frameworks (Langchain) is required.
• A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data mining techniques is essential.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is necessary.
• Familiarity with common machine learning tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is expected.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
