Description:

Fullscript is seeking a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their Data team in a remote capacity in Canada.
The role involves leveraging extensive data resources to enhance integrative care and improve healthcare delivery.
The engineer will work closely with Data, Engineering, and Product teams to develop the best integrative care platform.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex problems.
The position requires providing guidance on opportunities to apply AI/ML for improving practitioner workflows and patient care.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or in a similar role, with a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and LLM frameworks (Langchain) is required.
A strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical models, and data mining techniques is essential.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is necessary.
Familiarity with common machine learning tools and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is expected.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
