Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
7+ years of experience in NLP engineering with a proven track record of developing and deploying NLP solutions.
Leadership experience with the ability to lead and mentor a team of engineers.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and expertise in NLP libraries and frameworks like NLTK, spaCy, Transformers, or AllenNLP.
Strong understanding of NLP techniques and algorithms including word embeddings, sequence labeling, text classification, and language generation.
Experience with deep learning architectures for NLP tasks such as RNNs, CNNs, and transformer models.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for tackling complex NLP challenges.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
