The Lead .NET Engineer will drive the technical modernization of the client’s Talent 2 Opportunity (T2O) platform.
Responsibilities include defining coding standards, CI/CD patterns, and containerization best practices for ASP.NET Core microservices running on .NET 6, 7, or 8.
The engineer will lead the design and implementation of an event-driven architecture using Amazon Event Bridge, collaborating with AWS specialists and internal teams.
Hands-on development tasks include building, testing, and optimizing ASP.NET Core applications in Linux containers and maintaining Docker files.
The role also involves managing a private NuGet feed, refactoring shared libraries, and mentoring two Senior .NET Engineers.
Requirements:
Advanced/fluent English skills are mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in .NET development is required, including experience leading full-lifecycle ASP.NET Core projects on .NET 6 or higher.
A proven track record in containerizing ASP.NET Core applications on Linux, with solid Docker expertise is essential.
Candidates must have deep familiarity with private NuGet package management, such as Azure DevOps or equivalent.
Experience in designing or operating event-driven systems, particularly with AWS Event Bridge or similar technologies, is necessary.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to lead, mentor, and collaborate across distributed teams.
Nice to have skills include hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably Amazon EKS) and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
AWS certifications (Developer or Solutions Architect) or equivalent on-the-job experience are preferred.
Prior experience containerizing ASP.NET (.NET Framework) apps with Windows Server containers is a plus.

As a Lead .NET Engineer at Ubiminds, you will be treated as a full-time employee of a product-based company.
You will receive full back-office support, including career guidance, HR, and concierge services.
The company offers a remote-first policy, accommodating a distributed team.
You will be provided with a MacBook, eliminating the need to bring your own device.
