Remote Lead .Net Engineer

Description:

• Lead a team of developers by providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment through team-building activities and open communication.
• Guide the team in delivering high-quality products by working with cross-functional teams and adapting to changing project requirements.
• Manage legacy code and lead the team in upgrading systems and implementing modern solutions.
• Develop and deploy applications in the AWS cloud environment, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture and security.
• Implement best practices in testing, code review, and technical design, and mentor junior developers on OOP principles.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve team efficiency and streamline development workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven track record of working with AWS cloud services and managing/upgrading legacy systems.
• Strong expertise in .NET framework, AWS cloud services, and development practices.
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Preferred previous experience with HL7 and FHIR.
