Remote Lead .Net Engineer

Description:

• Lead a team of developers by providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment through team-building activities and open communication.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Evaluate and maintain legacy code, lead the team in upgrading legacy systems, and implement modern solutions.
• Develop and deploy applications in AWS cloud environment, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture and security.
• Implement best practices in testing, code review, and technical design, and establish CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply advanced OOP principles to design robust software solutions and mentor junior developers.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve team efficiency and streamline development workflows.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development.
• Proven track record of working with AWS cloud services and managing/upgrading legacy systems.
• Strong expertise in .NET framework and related technologies.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Exceptional skills in development practices, including testing, code review, and CI/CD.
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Preferred previous experience with HL7 and FHIR.
