Description:

  • Lime is seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Developer Lead to oversee the development, customization, and integration of NetSuite ERP, focusing on Financial and Supply Chain modules.
  • The role involves leading and managing NetSuite development projects, ensuring best practices in configuration, scripting, and integrations.
  • Responsibilities include developing, customizing, and enhancing NetSuite Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Supply Chain modules based on business requirements.
  • The candidate will design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications using SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST APIs), middleware tools, and custom solutions.
  • The position requires optimizing business processes by leveraging SuiteFlow (Workflows) and SuiteScript (1.0/2.0) for automation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring compliance and security by implementing proper role-based access control, SOX compliance measures, and audit-ready configurations is essential.
  • The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Developing and enforcing coding standards for NetSuite development to ensure maintainability and scalability is a key responsibility.
  • The role includes mentoring junior developers and providing technical leadership within the NetSuite development team.
  • Staying up to date with NetSuite releases, best practices, and industry trends to recommend improvements and innovations is expected.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development, with expertise in SuiteScript (1.0 & 2.0, 2.1, 2.x).
  • Strong experience in NetSuite Financials and Supply Chain modules, including General Ledger, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, and Demand Planning is required.
  • Hands-on experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) languages such as Java, Python, or similar for integrations and automation is necessary.
  • The candidate should possess strong technical problem-solving skills with a good understanding of hybrid environments and intermediate SQL skills.
  • Experience working in compliance-driven environments (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, or GDPR compliance) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite integration tools and middleware solutions (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, or custom API integrations) is required.
  • A strong understanding of SQL and database management for NetSuite custom reporting and analytics is essential.
  • The candidate must perform technical design and code reviews to audit efficacy and alignment with business objectives, with an understanding of version control systems (.git, sdf).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices in an ERP environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, HTML, and JSON formats is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with SDLC procedures is also preferred.
