Description:
Pryon is seeking an experienced and talented Lead Partner Solutions Engineer focused on driving strategy with partners.
This role requires expertise in technically articulating Pryon's value proposition and managing the technical aspects of partner engagements.
The Lead Partner Solutions Engineer will enable ISVs and consulting firms to successfully embed and deploy Pryon's retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology.
The ideal candidate will handle the entire technical lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying partners to onboarding, supporting evaluations, and driving successful integration and deployment.
Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new ISV and consulting partners, leading technical discovery sessions, and developing customized demonstrations and proofs of concept.
The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to influence product roadmaps based on partner feedback and industry trends.
The engineer will manage the technical onboarding process for new partners and create and maintain technical documentation and integration guides.
Support for partners through evaluation and go-to-market phases is essential, ensuring a smooth deployment experience.
The engineer will optimize the ISV engagement model and develop frameworks for evaluating and communicating partner success.
Representation of Pryon at partner events and industry conferences is required, articulating the value of the technology to various audiences.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5-7 years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical partner management experience is required.
Expertise in delivering technical demonstrations and managing proof-of-concept engagements is essential.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML concepts, knowledge management systems, and SaaS platforms is necessary.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences is crucial.
Experience working within startup environments where flexibility, creativity, and proactive problem-solving are critical is needed.
Familiarity with APIs, cloud architectures, and modern software integration techniques is required.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partner engagements simultaneously are necessary.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on driving measurable results is essential for success in this role.

The position offers a salary range of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, with actual salaries based on work experience and education.
