Description:

• Accellor is seeking a Senior BI Developer/Analyst to act as a key liaison between the BI Development Manager and the BI Development team.
• The role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership, and a deep understanding of business processes to deliver impactful business intelligence (BI) solutions.
• A critical responsibility includes developing and maintaining analytics and reporting necessary for Store Bonus generation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• The candidate will lead and manage BI projects, ensuring they meet business requirements, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing BI solutions such as reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using leading analytics tools.
• The role involves collaborating with the BI Development Manager to align BI solutions with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• The candidate will develop and maintain robust analytics and reporting frameworks to support Store Bonus information generation.
• Resource allocation, task assignment to BI developers, and overseeing project execution for efficiency and effectiveness are also key responsibilities.
• Establishing and enforcing standards for data quality, governance, security, and reporting accuracy across BI solutions is essential.
• The candidate will define and optimize data pipelines, data models, and data architecture to enhance analytics performance and scalability.
• Working with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications for the BI team is required.
• Ongoing support to end-users by troubleshooting data and reporting issues and driving continuous improvement in analytics capabilities is expected.
• Ensuring compliance with data governance, privacy, and quality standards in all BI solutions is a critical aspect of the role.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience with proficiency in advanced BI tools and experience with SQL or similar query languages is required.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring a team of BI developers or analysts is essential.
• Proven ability to manage BI projects, including resource planning, task assignment, and on-time delivery is necessary.
• A strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to align BI solutions to organizational objectives and critical needs such as Store Bonus generation is required.
• The candidate must have the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals.
• Familiarity with data management, quality control, and privacy standards in BI environments is important.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights, are required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• The candidate must be available to work during EST hours (6.30 pm - 2.30 am IST).
